*Parks and Recreation (Meets: 1st Tuesday at 7:00 p.m.)*
The Parks and Recreations Committee oversees the following issues; Identifies the open space, recreation, park and trail needs of the township. Plans and supervises recreation programs approved by the Board of Supervisors. Recommends plans, programs and policies regarding the provision of recreation and park services. Advises the board of supervisors in the acquisition and development of parklands. Undertakes recreation and park tasks as requested by the Board of Supervisors.

The Adams Township Water Authority is a five-member board appointed by the Board of Supervisors to manage public water as it comes to the community.

*Sewer Authority (Meets 4th Tuesday at 5:00pm)*
Breakneck Creek Regional Authority was created February 13, 1989 by Adams Township and Mars Borough elected officials under the Pennsylvania Municipality Authorities Act of 1945 for the purpose or providing a regional sewerage collection and treatment system for portions of the Breakneck Creek Drainage Area. Five board members are appointed to a five year term of office. Three are appointed by the Adams Township Supervisors and two are appointed by Mars Borough Council.
