Pavilion Rental

Applications for renting a pavilion are available both at the Township Building & via PDF form at the bottom of this page. You may download the form from this site, however, all reservations must be made in person at the Township Building and are made on a first come, first served basis. |
|

|
Permits must be in the name of the individual paying for the rental. If you are not a township resident, you must pay the non-resident rental fee. You cannot use a township resident's name and address. Non-Profit Organizations should contact the Adams Township offices for further information concerning rentals. Refunds are mailed the week following the event providing the pavilion has been cleaned properly, all tables have been returned to their original location and no damage has been done to the shelter or surrounding area. |

Please remember to keep your pet on a leash and to clean up after your pet.
Please do not park your vehicle on the grass at the park (Ordinance #95).
Use the parking lots.
